BEVCO ERGONOMIC SEATING LIMITED WARRANTY

Your BEVCO product is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship for a period of time as indicated below. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser.

All BEVCO products (except as noted below) - 12 years

Series 10,000 (Big & Tall Seating) - 3 years

All BEVCO Value-Line products
(Model numbers beginning with the letter V) - 3 years

BEVCO Precision Manufacturing Company, Inc.'s ("BEVCO") obligation under this warranty is limited to, at BEVCO's option, replacing or repairing the BEVCO product.

This warranty is effective only if customer gives prompt written notice to BEVCO of any alleged defects in the BEVCO product. The notice shall specifically describe the problem and shall state the date of sale.

BEVCO shall have no obligations under this warranty with respect to any defect unless it receives such notice within 5 days following the expiration of the warranty.

Upon receipt of notice from the customer, BEVCO shall advise customer and provide instructions for shipping to BEVCO for repair or replacement. Customer is responsible for transportation charges and shall prepay transportation charges to and from the BEVCO's facility.

Products which have been repaired or replaced by BEVCO will have a remaining warranty of the balance of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to:

• Damages from use or operation in a manner inconsistent with the use intended by manufacturer;
• Damages occurring from modification or repair by anyone other than manufacturer or manufacturer's authorized service representatives in a manner which adversely effects its operation or reliability; or Damages caused by accident, neglect or misuse by any one other than the manufacturer's personnel.
• The foregoing warranties are in lieu of all warranties, either expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and any other similar obligation on the part of BEVCO.

Your relief for breach of this warranty is limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall BEVCO be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase or use of the BEVCO products.
