Where can I buy BEVCO products?
BEVCO does not sell directly to the general public. BEVCO is proud to have established strong partnerships with a select group of authorized distributors. Find the distributor that can help you with fulfilling your seating needs.

Why are there no prices shown on your website?
The BEVCO (www.BEVCO.com) website is a manufacturer’s website designed to showcase our product offering. Prices are not shown on this site because BEVCO does not sell our products directly to consumers. As such, we rely on our distribution partners to sell our products at a fair market price. To get pricing, please visit your preferred distributor’s website or call us (800-864-2991) and we can recommend a distributor.

Where do BEVCO products ship from?
All BEVCO products are Made and/or Assembled in the USA at our Headquarters. All freight is customer-routed FOB BEVCO Precision Manufacturing, 21320 Doral Road, Waukesha, WI 53186.

How will my order be shipped?
Orders that are drop-shipped to the end-user ship UPS or FedEx ground. BEVCO recommends that larger shipments (generally over six (6) chairs) are shipped on a pallet via common carrier (LTL) to prevent loss/damage in transit.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All BEVCO products are made-to-order and customized to your specific seating needs. We begin manufacturing your product(s) once your order has been received and processed. BEVCO’s standard lead-time is less than 15 business days to ship. Large orders (20+) will have a custom lead-time quoted. All of our lead-times are subject to change due to production scheduling and parts availability at the time the order is received.

Can I try a product before I buy it?
Absolutely!  BEVCO offers a seamless trial program enabling you to ensure that our seating solution is the best match for your specific needs, in your exact environment. Work with your preferred BEVCO distributor to issue a “sample” purchase order (PO) for the exact BEVCO model # that you would like to evaluate. We will manufacture and ship the product sample(s) directly to you within 48hrs after receipt of the authorized distributor’s purchase order. Please refer to our sample program for more details.

Is there a return policy?
BEVCO stands behind the quality of everything we manufacture and we want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, contact our Customer Service team at warranty@BEVCO.com or 800-864-2991. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will work with you to make things right. If you change your mind about an item, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge, and you will be responsible for return shipping.

What is the warranty period?
BEVCO’s core product line comes with a 12-yr warranty along with a lifetime warranty on the cylinder. BEVCO’s value-line chairs come with a 5-yr warranty. For additional details, please reference our warranty information.

Where can I get a spare parts list?
Based on BEVCO’s strong warranty and post-sale support, we do not provide spare parts lists. If you have any problems with a component on a BEVCO chair, please contact Customer Service at warranty@BEVCO.com or 800-864-2991.
